"Platoon 308, Sir"
It's been over 40 years since boot camp. A number of Plt 308 Marines no longer have
their platoon books; these few photos may help jog their memories. Most of these photos were scanned from the Plt
308 Platoon book. We didn't have time to '"smile" for the camera nor would this have been tolerated by the DIs.
No explanation is needed for the physical training photos to anyone who went through Marine Corps boot camp. It
was a great help to us that Platoon 308 was a non-smoking platoon--we didn't need a "patch" to ease withdrawal; the DIs took
care of that item.

CYCLE...AFTER WEIGHT LOSS OR GAIN WAS ACHIEVED!
